By accessing or using VidVibe ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Description of Service

VidVibe is an AI-powered video creation platform that enables users to generate, edit, and publish video content. The Service includes text-to-video generation, AI lip sync, smart reframing, flow-based automation, and multi-platform publishing capabilities.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep it updated.

4. Acceptable Use

  • •You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.
  • •You may not use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
  • •You may not use the Service to create deepfakes or misleading content that impersonates real individuals without their consent.
  • •You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
  • •You may not use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without prior written consent.

5. Credits and Payments

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when generating video content. Purchased credits are non-refundable except as required by law. Subscription plans auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

6. Intellectual Property

Content you create using the Service belongs to you, subject to the underlying AI model licenses. You grant VidVibe a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service. VidVibe retains all rights to the platform, technology, branding, and documentation.

7. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by AI models may not be unique — other users may generate similar outputs from similar inputs. VidVibe does not guarantee exclusivity of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing to ensure it meets your standards and complies with applicable laws.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your content before termination.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. VidVibe does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or artifacts. We are not responsible for how you use generated content.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VidVibe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.
